Some of our specialty programs are listed below, but please contact us to discuss a personalised package for you and your training group.

Special Group Bookings INASPIN indoor cycling classes, BODYPUMP classes, Yogalates and other Group Fitness classes can be booked for special events. We do ask for 48 hours notice, but will strive to meet your needs with shorter notice if needs be.


Yogalates

This class focuses on developing core stability and body awareness through a combination of yoga postures (ASANAS), breath awareness, meditation and relaxation. Ideal for stress relief improving flexibility and core strength. A great well being class.

Heart MOves
A National Heart Foundation approved class. It is a gentle and fun way to get into or back into exercise. This specialty class is designed to improve your health and fitness levels. Suitable for people with cardiac or diabetic conditions. First class is complimentary and then only $5 a class.

Clinics
These classes concentrate on correct form and technique. An introduction to the common moves / positions used throughout the normal classes. It’s a great idea for new comers, those not ready for a full class or those wanting to improve their technique. Bookings are essential and can be made at Health Club Reception.

This range of indoor cycling classes HOWZAT offers is about the heart and soul. Connection between your mind and body. A program to assist post injury, sporting teams, the de-conditioned, the extremely fit, cyclists, seniors athletes and those wanting to add something different to their weekly routine reach their personal excellence class to class, week to week.
