Saddle up, and spend a

A 60min class of various terrains.
It includes hill
climbs, interval work and sprints intertwined with appropriate
recovery. Bookings required.
Easy Ride
A 30min class to
introduce participants to the culture of indoor cycling. Includes intervals,
hills and some basic technique and postural cues. Nevertheless, an
effective cardiovascular workout. Bookings required.
Tri-Time
A 60min
class that incorporates indoor cycling with speed, power and agility
exercises (off the bike) and core conditioning. This class is all
about offering a great range of movements for complete body
conditioning. Bookings required.
I Enduro
A 90min class of various terrains. The
endurance component of this class provides an extra challenge for
leg fitness and cardiovascular training. Bookings required.
