BODYSTEP®                                                             

A Les Mills pre–choreographed class that’s full of fun and simple moves to create an awesome step workout. This step class is suitable for both step addicts and the first time stepper.

BODYBALANCE®  *

A Les Mills pre-choreographed class incorporating Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates & Relaxation.  Ideal for stretching, strengthening & a sense of well being.  Suitable for all levels of ability & experience.

INASPIN RUSH    *                             

Bookings required and can be made on the day at Reception. A 30min class to introduce participants to the culture of indoor cycling. An effective workout that considers the time constraints of participants. Includes intervals & hills & sprints.

INASPIN Enduro

Bookings required and can be made on the day at Reception. A 90min class of various terrains. The endurance component of this class provides an extra challenge for leg fitness and cardiovascular training. This class includes hill climbs, interval work and sprints intertwined with appropriate recovery

Bookings required and can be made on the day at Reception. A 60min class of indoor cycling traveling across a variety of terrains. This class includes hill climbs, interval work and sprints intertwined with appropriate recovery.

INASPIN     *

Definition & Condition

Bookings required and can be made on the day at Reception. A 60min class that incorporates indoor cycling with speed, power and agility exercises (off the bike) and core conditioning. This class is all about offering a great range of movements for complete body conditioning.

Step UP

After you’ve mastered Body Step take the Step Up to the next level. A moderate to high intensity step workout done on an adjustable platform. Added choreography keeps you on your toes. This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced.

Shape & Tone

This class is a total body workout with emphasis on the legs and butt. A mix of cardiovascular, body-weight and hand-weight moves. This class will give you a strong toning workout with high & low options making it suitable for all levels of fitness.

Step & Strength Starting out with a athletic, moderate to high intensity step workout performed on an adjustable platform & progressing to a strong toning total body workout.

Circuit

A high energy, high energy workout combining resistance training, working through various weight stations and cardiovascular conditioning. Suitable for all levels.

Super Circuit

This high intensity circuit, high energy class is based on the same structure as a regular circuit class with added cardiovascular intensity. Suitable for intermediate to advanced. 

Awesome Abs & Stretch    *

This class targets the abdominals & focuses on improving core stability & lower back strength. Suitable for beginners to advance.

Fat Burner

Burn extra calories & sweat it out in this fantastic low impact workout. This class may incorporate step, muscle conditioning & floor aerobics to give you a cardiovascular blast. This class caters for all fitness levels.

Howzat Heart Smart

A gentle and fun way to get into or back into exercise. This specialty class is designed to improve your health and fitness levels. Suitable for people with cardiac or diabetic conditions.

Yoga    *

This class focuses on developing core stability and body awareness through a combination of yoga postures (ASANAS), breath awareness, meditation and relaxation. Ideal for stress relief improving flexibility and core strength. A great well being class

FITNESS BOXING    * Authentic boxing fitness class for the everyday person. Using boxing fundamentals, participants kick & Crunch their body with intense bad & mitt work coupled with strength, aerobic & punching drills to build stamina, endurance & fitness. All equipment is supplied, however participants are encouraged to bring their to suit their individual needs.

CARDIO BLAST BIATHLON                              *

Complete your week with Sunday afternoon with this high energy calorie burning drills of CARDIO BLAST combined with interval or endurance rides on our Spin Bikes

CARDIO BLAST    *

Basic hi energy fitness training using a combination of cardio athletic conditioning, mitt work & various approaches to challenge your fitness & push yourself to the next level. Suitable for all fitness levels.
