BODYATTACK®

A Les Mills pre-choreographed, high impact, high intensity aerobic class that includes advanced muscle conditioning. Suitable for intermediate to advanced.

BODYCOMBAT®

A Les Mills pre-choreographed non-contact martial arts class based on improving endurance, flexibility and strength. This class is suitable for all levels.

BODYPUMP® Clinic

 

This class concentrates on correct form and technique for BODYPUMP® classes. It’s a must for new Pumpers or those just wanting to improve their technique. Bookings are essential and can be made at Reception.

BODYPUMP®

A Les Mills pre–choreographed weights workout done to music. Big calorie burning class. Excellent for toning. Perfect class for all levels.

BODYSTEP® Clinic

This is a must for new steppers. Based on BODYSTEP® classes this class helps to improve technique and shows new participants the basic steps and moves used in the class. Bookings are essential and can be made at Reception.

BODYSTEP®

A Les Mills pre–choreographed class that’s full of fun and simple moves to create an awesome step workout. This step class is suitable for both step addicts and the first time stepper.

BODYBALANCE®

A Les Mills pre-choreographed class incorporating Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates & Relaxation.  Ideal for stretching, strengthening & a sense of well being.  Suitable for all levels of ability & experience.

INASPIN Enduro

Bookings required and can be made on the day at Reception. A 90min class of various terrains. The endurance component of this class provides an extra challenge for leg fitness and cardiovascular training. This class includes hill climbs, interval work and sprints intertwined with appropriate recovery

INASPIN

Bookings required and can be made on the day at Reception. A 60min class of indoor cycling traveling across a variety of terrains. This class includes hill climbs, interval work and sprints intertwined with appropriate recovery.

INASPIN Tri-Time

Bookings required and can be made on the day at Reception. A 60min class that incorporates indoor cycling with speed, power and agility exercises (off the bike) and core conditioning. This class is all about offering a great range of movements for complete body conditioning

INASPIN Easy Ride

 

 Bookings required and can be made on the day at Reception. A 30min class to introduce participants to the culture of indoor cycling. An effective workout that considers the time constraints of participants. Includes intervals & hills.

Shape & Tone

This class is a total body workout with emphasis on the legs and butt. A mix of cardiovascular, body-weight and hand-weight moves. This class is an awesome workout that is suitable for regular exercisers.

Step

A moderate to high intensity step workout done on an adjustable platform. Added choreography keeps you on your toes. This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced.

Fat Burner

Burn extra bodyfat and improve muscle tone in this low impact workout. This class incorporates hand weights, step and floor aerobics to give you an awesome total body workout. This class caters for all fitness levels.

Awesome Abs & Stretch

This class targets the abdominals & focuses on improving core stability & lower back strength. Suitable for beginners to advance.

Circuit

A workout combining resistance training and cardiovascular conditioning. Suitable for all levels.

Super Circuit

This high intensity circuit class is based on the same structure as a regular circuit class with added cardiovascular intensity. Suitable for intermediate to advanced. 

Heart Moves

A gentle and fun way to get into or back into exercise. This specialty class is designed to improve your health and fitness levels. Suitable for people with cardiac or diabetic conditions.

Pilates Improve core strength, mobility & posture.  Tone abs, butts & thighs.  Create longer leaner muscles.  Focusing on breathing techniques & relaxation.

Yoga

A great class for stress relief and to improve strength, flexibility and general well being.

Yogalates
